La compagnie avec Cœur et Panache has concocted a cultural and gourmet event for the inauguration of the Château de Sainte Foy d'Anthé bread oven on May 2 and 3!
The partners present will be offering lectures, culinary workshops on bread and truffles, guided tours and, of course, delicious local produce to enhance the bread baked in the Château's oven.
