The Capelain Astronomy Club organizes its first astronomy festival, with the main theme being the Moon.
At 11 a.m., at the Lacapelle-Biron multipurpose room, activities dedicated to the Moon, creation and launch of water rockets, models, photo exhibitions, observation of the sun, workshops for children, demonstration and materials, stroll through the solar system .
At 10 p.m., meet at the Capelain Astronomical Observatory for a lecture by Mrs Danièle IMBAULT, former project manager in planetary science and space astrophysics at the CEA's Fundamental Research Department.
Live projection of the Moon on the big screen, followed by a stargazing session.
