The apartment is set in a beautiful garden with heated swimming pool, shared with the two discreet retired British owners. The 60 m² apartment also benefits from air conditioning in the bedroom, a laundry room, a washing machine, a reading room with TV, an additional toilet and a gas barbecue. The apartment has central heating and can therefore be occupied all year round. Numerous hiking trails are accessible from the door. The property is in a quiet, rural location, yet only a five-minute drive from Leclerc de Montayral. The owners have two small dogs and the pool is not fenced. The property is therefore suitable for couples, but not for children.

Due to the steps at the entrance to the parking lot and in the garden, and the bedroom being located upstairs, the property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
All reservations and payments are made via the website. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The balance must be paid seven (7) days prior to arrival.
