You can borrow up to 4 books and 2 magazines for 3 weeks. Free registration (you need to provide a proof of address or an ID). You also have access to the digital multimedia library.
There are events for children, exhibitions, literary gathering cafe (crime novels), reading clubs and readout sessions.
Fifteen consecutive days of closure between July 1st and August 31th (dates visible on the site).
